End of July

I had oral surgery on the 29th (root amputation) and Brynne came to help me. She brought me a Papa John's Pizza and I was so happy since I have not had one since I left Tallahassee in 2005.

All went well with the surgery. The surgeon instructed me to only eat soft foods and preferably cold foods. We bought some jello and ice cream and the ice cream didn't last very long!

I mostly rested on Friday and here is a photo of me and the kitties.

Brynne and Max fell asleep.

Brynne took some photos of the "Animals"

Brynne brought my birthday gift that Andrew and Brynne got me.

She had to assemble the chairs and tables and put a protective oil sealer on them. I was very impressed with her mechanical abilities. She did a great job.

As usual, family visits are too short and she had to leave on Saturday since she had to go to work at noon.

That's it for now. Bye!

HAPPY 4TH

Happy fourth of July and lets be thankful for this great country we live in, even though there are many issues for the USA right now.

I've been busy this weekend still catching up on things as well as making DVDs for the Dalton and Kokomo trips. I made standard and Blu-ray versions and the Blu-rays are awesome with my HD camcorder. I also made one for the Florida trip I took in September 2009 that I promised Pamella.

I serviced and ran the two engines on the RV, three engines on Lights Out, one engine on bass boat as well as my standby generator. I've been taking advantage of the cooler mornings but it is still hot.

Absolutely no sales leads on Lights Out other than one person wanting to trade a twin engine Cesna for it. Also, some things are starting to wear out with the boat so I hope I can sell it before any major repairs are needed.

That's about it for now.
